This book was published to coincide with the opening of the new chamber of the House of Commons and this history of the Palace of Westminster goes back as far as 1547 when His Majesty's Commons were given St Steven's Chapel. Lavishly illustrated throughout with photos and drawings, many published here for the first time. Ref Z7.
