Original single issue (no supplement) , approximately 12x17 inches, string bound, 16 pp, well illustrated with black and white drawings; contains installment of "Susy" by Miss Thackeray (Anne Thackeray Ritchie) and an excerpt from " Impressions of Theophrastus Such" by George Eliot. Good to very good. Folded in half, previous owner's mailing label, age yellowed, nicks along edges, 3/4 inch chip and corresponding crease on upper corner of first leaf (text unaffected) , an approximately 1 to 2 inch deep light tan stain along entire top edge and two-thirds of the side edge, four approximately 1/8th inch holes punched in margin of side edge, otherwise tight, clean, relatively crisp and unmarked.
