Condition: Good. 1953. First Edition. 40 pages. Signed by the author. Blue jacket over pink boards with black cloth and gilt titles to spine. Flat signed by the author to front endpaper. Foreword by Douglas P Blatherwick. Illustrated by Douglas Coyne. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper. Endpapers have faint strips of tanning caused by jacket. A few pages seem to be rough cut. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Gilt is bright. Unclipped jacket has some edgewear with chips, tears and creasing. Jacket is highly rubbed and marked overall. Slight tearing to front flap.
