This is a candy box (Joseph Horne Co) which contains written notes and slides and films rolls with make up a research project G B Fowler started as a Fulbright Scholar in 1953 but never completed. 1953-1955 he was a fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Princeton. In 1977 he passed the entire box of membra disjecta on to another researcher, wishing him good luck and "Happy Hunting". Now the box is looking for a new home yet again to yield some results. Fowler worked for MGH in Munich and his published output covers medieval manuscript holdings in various German (etc) libraries. It seems likely that these notes document occasional finds related to Conrad of H during those studies Language: English Weight (g): 660.
