Map
20 x 18 inches. This is a highly detailed presentation centered on the map of the Western States; Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon and California. The map has a multitude of designed areas keyed into multiple crops to show times of harvest. This is an early migrant labor map allowing for the planning of picking crops at various times in different locations. The map is criss-crossed with federal and state highways all of which are clearly labelled. There are shaded areas throughout the map showing locales that uses migratory labor. As would be expected these are not constrained by stste borders. this is a cartographic artifact of times not gone by. Slight discoloration at two points, small holes at creases. See pic.
