    No Binding. Condition: Collectible-Very Good. Text is in German. Original black-and-white photo postcard. Deckled edges. No date, circa 1933. Postmarked in Isenburg, Germany but date is obscured. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2." Title and imprint are printed at the bottom of the image. Postcard is used. Postcard is clean and intact overall but has slight corner and edge wear, slight aging to the image, and some staining (perhaps foxing) on the back. A Very Good copy. This postcard shows a view of Isenburg, which is categorized as a "luftkurort" ("air spa"). Luftkurort is a title is given to German cities or towns that are health resorts, meaning they meet certain guidelines deemed beneficial to the health, such as having clean air and a healthy climate. Purple stamp that reads, "Gasthof zum Tiefental; Bes. Joh. Backer; Sommerfrische Isenburg, Sayntal." is on the back. Brief correspondence written in pencil on back. A green Paul von Hindenburg stamp with the number "6" is tipped in on the back. The stamp reads, "Deutches Reich." This particular stamp was first issued in 1933.
