Front panel is an armorial or heraldic crest; with a shield worked in various sized gold or metallic wires, or threads, with a central bird form of a stork or crane holding an egg (?) in the left raised talon, with 2 floral forms also in raised gold thread, similar to that used on bird; on a gray silk background with green & gold in lower edge; shield is surmounted by a crown in raised gold thread, with small red, metallic sequins, with swags & chain forms with crowned pendant cross below shield, surround by a wavy line border with leaf-form details & 22 small, faceted rhinestones incorporated in the border, all on a reddish-purple silk background; back panel is similar but with a larger & more elaborate monogrammed oval form on a silver metallic wire background, with initial letters in red or gold sequins: LC A GJ (are possible letters), with similar crown, swags, & borders with & 22 rhinestones, green sequins.
