First Edition
First edition - First printing, a trade paperback, not issued in hardcover. A collection of thirteen poems written for a ballet choreographed by Siobhan Davies in London and inspired by the time Ehrlich spent in the Canadian High Arctic with a friend and biologist who was studying seals there. The sets were by David Buckland and his images from these sets enhance this book - most are in black and white, but there is a haunting 2 page color spread in the center of the book. Introduction by Ehrlich. Very near fine in illustrated wrappers.
