Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Original publisher's black paper wrappers backed with black cloth. Staple binding. 5" x 6 3/4." Sixty-five pages, complete. Printed by W. I. Sturdevant of Los Angeles, California. Pages are very clean and intact overall. Pages age toning and foxing with most limited to the edges of the text block. A few pages are dog-eared. Covers are clean and intact overall. Covers have some wrinkling and a chip on the back cover in the corner by the spine measuring 1 1/2" x 1." Gilt lettering on front cover a bit faded. A Good copy. A collection of marriage and divorce laws in California and legal advice. Author's Foreword: "The contents of this little book are intended to apply impartially and impersonally, as well to those who are happy in their marriage relations as to those who are unhappy and unfortunate.".
