Mass Market Paperback. Condition: Good -. Unknown Paperback Printing. Cover price 25 cents. From the back cover: Terry Terry Arnold, a blazing comet in the quiet conservative New England pastorate, was delightfully disconcerting to the congregation but a disquieting influence in the parsonage. Reverend Reginald Kirkland, forced from his placid routine, was haunted by a nameless fear. Instead of feeling the brightness of her youthful presence he felt a chill foreboding, Ashes of fires long dead burst into flame and the past rose up to mock him. But Terry did not know that - she couldn't know. A story of tender love and retribution such as you've seldom read. Holds you spellbound.
