Deluxe limited edition, signed by Neil Bousfield. Quarter bound in pale brown goatskin with paste-paper decorated boards by Victoria Hall. Set in Plantin at the Folio Society, letterpress printed by the Logan Press, Wellingborough, on Zerkall mould-made paper. Illustrated with 6 double-page and 2 single page engravings, a frontispiece portrait of Wilfred Owen, and a number of smaller engravings following some of the poems. The engravings are printed in Vicenza by LEGO on Natural Evolution Ivory paper. Grey endpapers. In the light brown card slipcase, the front panel lettered in gilt and illustrated with an engraving. Complete with the publisher's original cardboard storage box (with printed, numbered label) and an illustrated booklet with details of the edition along with short biographies of those involved in its production. A fine copy, presenting as unread, the binding square and firm, the contents bright and clean throughout. Limited, signed and hand-numbered edition of 1250 copies (there were also 20 lettered copies hors de commerce), this copy is no. 118. Signed to the limitation page by Neil Bousfield. The text follows that of 'Wilfred Owen: The War Poems', edited by Jon Stallworthy, first published by Chatto and Windus in 1994, with the addition of a new introduction by the poet, Owen Sheers, and Bousfield's beautiful illustrations.
