This Issue contains several graphic stories, including: "The Super-Hero Who Refused to Hang Up His Boots!" - Vartox muses over the issue of his fading powers. He observes Superman for a while, and then gets an idea. On Earth, Superman is once again attacked by Karb-brak, the alien with an allergy for super-powers.
