Pages and plates are lightly tanned and foxed, but text and images remain clear. Binding is firm. Moderate marking to endpapers. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Spine and edges are slightly sunned, heavier to ends. Gilt remains bright. Boards are slightly bowed. Unclipped jacket. A couple small waters stains to front panel. Moderate edgewear, with noticeable chipping, tearing and creasing, and slight loss to spine ends. Moderate marking to exterior.
