About this seller
The Penang Bookshelf, a Professional Member of the Independent Online Booksllers Association, was set up in mid 2010 principally to introduce Malaysian residents to the variety of books there is available about the country. We principally stock fiction and non-fiction, both new and used, related to Malaysia and the rest of Asia. Most of our current stock of thousands of different titles is not available in Malaysia. Conversely much of our stock published in Malaysia is difficult to find outside the country. So if there's something Malaysia related that you're looking for, do please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Our listing on Abebooks only represents a small part of our stock, mainly new books published in Southeast Asia and rarer second hand books. The Penang Bookshelf does not accept liability for loss of books sent to Post Office Boxes or similar addresses where no receipt is issued.

Orders usually ship within 3 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
The Penang Bookshelf provides tracking on all purchases and therefore will only ship to a physical address, not to Post Office or other collection boxes, and requires a phone number to help with delivery. In the event that this is not possible, the purchase will be considered cancelled at the buyer's request and an immediate and full refund made.
