Save The Last Book For Me is a family-run business based in south-west Birmingham. As a small bookseller, we are able to provide a personal service to customers, and are always happy to hear from you, either by e-mail, telephone or letter. We always answer queries, or deal with any complaints, within two business days. If the book does not meet with your satisfaction, or fails to be delivered, a full refund will be immediately processed, including any post and packing costs should the book be returned. As book collectors and readers ourselves, we aim to keep our prices as competitive as possible, and are able to provide a range of books to suit all budgets. We are not specialist booksellers, but try to maintain a wide catalogue to suit a wide range of reading preferences, including general fiction and books for children and young people. Finally, we realise that receiving your book quickly is important, so all of our orders are available by first-class mail in the United Kingdom, and by air-mail for Europe and the Rest Of The World. Where speed is not an issue, we also offer standard shipping in the UK, and International Economy shipping in Europe and the rest of the world.
