SallyMcGillBooks utilies the UK postal service Royal mail for all UK orders under 2kg in weight. Heavier items are sent utilising worldwide or local courier services. Tracking is not provided for Royal Mail items but is provided for all courier items Overseas orders are sent by Royal mail Air mail for smaller items and heavier items are sent by international courier services.

Books are packed using card for paperbacks and bubble wrap for hardbacks. Card may also be used for the heaviest hardbacked books. Plastic envelopes are used for most items. large sets such as encyclopedias are sent in stromg cardboard boxes using courier services.
