For books shipped to addresses in the USA, our prices include shipping via USPS media mail, unless otherwise stated in the description of the book. Expedited shipping to addresses in the USA can be arranged at an additional cost to you; contact us via Ask Bookseller to make arrangements. For books to be shipped to addresses outside the USA, contact us via Ask Bookseller for shipping costs to be added to buyer's cost.
