Orphans Treasure Box is a 501(c)3 non-profit used book store that turns unwanted books & collectibles into resources for orphans and vulnerable kids. We offer adoption grants for older and special needs children, as well as needed items for orphanages around the world. In the past year, we have supported orphans in Haiti, India, Ukraine, Peru, and Swaziland. We are also offering support to vulnerable kids in our local community of Champaign-Urbana. We support organizations that care for kids who are food insecure and at risk for entering the foster system. We recently began a program called ReStart that sets aside jobs in our company for homeless single parents, providing work experience in a supportive environment.
