And your credit card payment is processed through a third party of ABEBOOKS. It is not Meir Turner who processes your credit card. If you are in Manhattan and want to pick up the book in person and pay directly, you would save money. However, if you buy in person, payment would have to be via Zelle or in cash. I do not process credit cards and do not accept checks or Paypal. The shipping charge is for a book weighing 2.2 pounds (1 kilo). If the book is heavier or is over-sized or it is a multi-volume set, we might contact you to let you know extra shipping is required, subject to your approval.

Orders are subject to prior sale. Shipping costs, and cost of insurance, if any, are added to the
price of the book. Domestic orders: $5 for Media mail shipping for the first
volume and $3.00 for each additional book, unless the book is unusually heavy.
