Cristina Marquès, was born in Brazil. Christina has a degree in both literature and theology. She has authored many children s books as well as 2 adult books about Prayer. Cristina loves to help children come to understand that God loves then and come to know and love the amazing Lord that she came to know as a child. Cristina s prayer is that you child comes to a closer relationship with Jesus because of her books.
About the Designer:
Hanyu Gao, is an illustrator for children's books and graphic designer. He was born in Kunming, China, in 1976. He started drawing at the age of 5 following his father's steps. He studied painting at the School of Fine Arts in Kunming and the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. Later he studied computer arts at the Design School of Kolding, in Denmark. He lives in France with his wife and two children.

Review:

I have found from years of teaching children that kids become emotionally involved with Bible stories that have children in them. Kids really identify with the courage, bravery and faithfulness that they learn about in David - Children in the Bible. This is a very exciting and interesting Bible Story. These 10 Bible Story Books about Children in the Bible are high on my list favorites because 3 to 5 year old boys and girls really identify with them. I started each of my grand children on the series and soon, even before they could read, they would turn the pages and tell me the story. Each book teaches the love of God and other important characteristics such as courage, obedience and faithfulness. These stories were the beginning of a lifelong love of the Bible for my children and grand children.
