She draws upon the essence of many spiritual traditions including: Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity and the Indigenous Peoples of Australia and North and South America. I didn't find this book in the travel section but I might have for it is a guide book for the inner journey with the destination being one's own heart. Once there, no other guide book is needed.
