About the Author:

Teresa Blythe serves as Director of the Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction at the Redemptorist Renewal Center in Tucson, Arizona. Teresa received her Master of Divinity and Diploma in the Art of Spiritual Direction from San Francisco Theological Seminary in 2000 and was ordained as a United Church of Christ (UCC) minister in 2011. Her other “how-to” book is 50 Ways to Pray: Practices from Many Traditions and Times (Abingdon Press).
