About the Author:

Mandy Ellis is first and foremost a wife and mother with a passion for teaching and learning that is demonstrated in her job as a principal and lead learner. She has served as a special education teacher in grades K-7 and currently serves as an elementary school principal and lead learner.Mandy graduated  with a bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education, a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration.She has been recognized with several accolades that reaffirm her commitment and dedication to education and leadership. Her biggest accomplishment is her family.
