Coleman is a senior manager in Deloitte Financial Advisory Service LLP's Valuation Practice, where he specializes in the valuation of complex debt, equity, and derivative securities. Daniel N. Janich is an officer of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. in Chicago. David Johanson is a partner with Jackson Lewis LLP, with offices in Napa and Los Angeles, California. Blair Jones is a managing principal at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, a compensation consulting firm. Kay Kemp is an associate director in the Compensation and Benefits Advisory Services practice of McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
