Review:
There is little doubt that Robert Cawley has captured a great story and has presented it in a very entertaining way. His book is a page turner! Based on the life and times of Gene McLain it reads more like a novel than a biography. The dialogue is strong and makes the stories connect with all the action. The author showcases his creative writing talents. A first class tale about a special man. --W.H. McDonald, Jr., American Author Association
