About the Author:

David Dominé, otherwise known as the Bluegrass Peasant, is a shadowy figure often found lurking about the kitchens and eating establishments of whatever state he happens to be in. In addition to writing books about cooking, history, and ghosts, he enjoys traveling and searching out good places to eat. He writes a regular food column for Kentucky Monthly magazine and also teaches foreign languages at Bellarmine University. His previous titles include the cookbook Splash of Bourbon: Kentucky s Spirit, and Ghosts of Old Louisville, both released by McClanahan Publishing House. His current projects include Voodoo Days at La Casa Fabulosa: Memoirs of an Enchanted Neighborhood and the next installment in the 111 Fabulous Food Finds series.
