Review:
I recently started working out using your book. I've always been into fitness and strength training but I'd never workout using a program or guide. This is my second season doing triathlons and I wanted to incorporate strength training into my routine. Your book had exactly what I needed by helping me increase my speed and endurance. I love it! I'm seeing major differences, AND I feel a lot stronger. Thanks! I've finished every race I've entered :) I'm happy in the mid pack, but ready to take it to the next level. --Alicia F
