The PRELIM Test Preparation CD ROM simulates an actual certification test, with a database of over 500 questions. In the Test Mode you can take a simulated test and be presented with a different test each time. Tom Hagen
MindWorks repesents the culmination of a long and varied career for Mr. Hagen in the computer industry. Tom's experience with automation dates back to the stand-alone proprietary word processsing systems that pre-dated PCs. With the emergence of networking technoloies, Tom became one of the first Certified Novell Instructors in Arizona, and one of the first Microsoft Certified Professionals in the world. Over the years, as an instructor, Tom has pesonally helped hundreds of network professionals become certified. As a traning manager and courseware developer, he has directly aided thousands more to obtain the skills and credentials that training and certification provide.

Tom earned his B.S. in Business from the Northern Illinois University and has continued postgraduate studies in postsecondary education. He has over twenty years experience in computing, networking and technical education. Tom has participated in the COmpTIA A+, Network+ and Server+ Advisory committees.

Mr. Hagen is one of the original founders of MindWorks and has led the development of new training products since 1996. Tom is the author of various MindWorks technical courses including: the MindWorks Train the Trainer Course, the A+ Certification Course, the Network+ Certification course, and the Cisco CCNA Certification Course.
