Linda holds a Ph.D. in organizational systems, two Master of Arts degrees in both interpersonal communication and organizational development, and a Bachelor of Science in communication. By combining her experience as an organizational psychologist with her education in business, she offers her clients selection, coaching, and consulting solutions that are pragmatic in their approach and sound in their foundation.
A member of the National Speakers' Association and the National Association of Corporate Directors, Linda works with executives and boards of directors to help them set strategies, plan succession, and develop talent. She is also an adjunct professor in the graduate school at Washington University.
Serious about humor, Linda draws from her original research on the Vietnam Prisoners of War to help people cope with change and adversity so they can emerge from setbacks more resilient and hardy. She continues to be associated with the Robert E. Mitchell Prisoner of War Center, a Naval research facility that has studied the Vietnam Prisoners of War since their 1973 repatriation.
