In five decades serving as a philosophy professor with a special interest in professional ethics, I have been particularly interested in the relationship between ethics and leadership and most concerned about the importance of good character to good leadership. Make It Glow by Tom DeCotiis does one of the best jobs among contemporary works of making these relationships clear. He promotes the idea of a company culture flowing from the vision and mission articulation of its leaders.
