Moving to Spain was undeniably a culture shock, but such an adventure... Who would have thought Joe and I would keep chickens and sell eggs to the village ladies? Every new day produced events either hilarious or heart-warming. Food suddenly tasted better, human behaviour was more fascinating, animals funnier, local events more interesting.
