Gilbert H. Daniels, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Co-Director of the Thyroid Clinic, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts.

Colin M. Dayan, MA, FRCP, PhD, is Head of Clinical Research at the Henry Wellcome Laboratory for Integrative Neuroscience and Endocrinology, University of Bristol, UK.
