The first of this edition, a facsimile of the original 1980 publication. A history of the Orange Order, the once militant Protestant organization that generally influenced every aspect of life in Ontario. The Order required that members be Protestant, and sympathetic to the British Crown. The book is illustrated with drawings, maps, and charts, which are designed to show the growth of the Order throughout Canada. The appendices include; chapter notes, a bibliography, and index.
