About the Author:
Happily settled in a small town on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state, Cris Newport believes in the power of idyllic pastoral living. She works for and is co-owner of Windstorm Creative. Although her job title is Senior Editor, she also enjoys the freedom and flexibility of lending a hand in the production, layout and marketing of Windstorm's titles. Her spare time - when not spent with her son Max - is devoted to building robots, restoring a classic '53 Chevy pickup and watching various scifi shows on television.
Cris' work includes The White Bones of Truth, Virtual Rock, Queen's Champion: The Legend of Lancelot Retold, Sparks Might Fly, 1001 Nights: Exotica I and 1001 Nights: Exotica 2.
