He is an internationally recognized management consultant and author or co-author of over twenty-five books on business and personal development. He has served as a judge for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and as the chair of the board of the American Society for Training and Development. PAUL DE YOUNG is an Organizational Deevlopment Specialist at Children's Hospital of Orange County. His extensive background and areas of research include organizational measurement, organizational culture and change, total quality management, and productivity gain sharing. Paul is also an Affiliate Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at United States International University, and a former consultant with Richard Chang Associates, Inc.
