About the Author:

Linda Shirley Robertson lives on an island off the coast of South Carolina with her husband, Henry. She was born in Greenville, South Carolina, and received her B.A. degree from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. Ms. Robertson’s work has appeared in regional and national publications. She has taught creative writing at Furman University, and she served as a board member of The Emrys Foundation, an organization that promotes writing for minorities.
