The book is organized much like a dictionary, with tips pertaining to various subjects such as general system behavior and applications behavior. One large section specifically focuses on Microsoft Office and another on tweaking performance. A CD-ROM provides links to a companion Web site and software tools for monitoring the Registry and recovering for corrupted and otherwise damaged registries.

This book is clearly aimed for the advanced user--only the true power user will have the fortitude to tweak the Registry at this level of detail.
