About the Author:

Leona Choy speaks both from missionary perspective and the Chinese viewpoint. Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, of Czech parentage she is married to Ted Choy who was born in China. Graduates of Wheaton College in Illinois, the Choys were involved in ministry in Hong Kong and Singapore.Since 1979 Leona has traveled 14 times to thePeople's Republic of China. The Choys have firsthand knowledge of the church in China and maintain contacts with Christians there.The Choys, who live in Winchester, Virginia, have four grown sons and six grandchildren.
