Reach new heights of joy by understanding your feelings. Most people spend a lifetime trying to avoid what they don't want, never developing a talent for enjoying what they have. Accepting feelings for the joy and the pleasure we can derive from them is simply THAT, and not a tricky way of getting rid of what we haven't been able to enjoy. Life is a "turned-on experience." If that's not obvious, it's because our thumb is on the "off" button. Learn from this insightful couple as they teach you to: Cut your worry time drastically; Clarify your priorities and your purpose; Understand yourself and others more easily; Celebrate being in the moment; Savor an inner sense of abundance and; Practice the "habit" of happiness. Not since Carl Jung's 'Man and His Symbols' has anyone introduced a revolutionary route to personal growth by integrating emotions.

About the Author:
June Spencer: is a true renaissance woman. Her careers have spanned art and medicine, research and entertainment. She has been rated as one of the top ten woman in three different fields of endeavor.

As a young woman, June was a copywriter, a fashion commentator, and a model, appearing in Vogue and Harpers Bazaar. During World War II, she worked as a psychiatric nurse. While raising two children, she found time to appear in over 2,000 television commercials, and played leading roles in two daytime serials, The Secret Storm and The Guiding Light, plus several Off-Broadway productions.

In 1971 she began a career in parapsychology and became an instructor in the pioneer self-development course, the Silva Method. There she met and married Jim Spencer, who is 24 years her junior. Together they have authored four books. Years of studying all the major world religions has led to their ordination as Inter-Faith Ministers at the Communion of Souls Seminary.

June is not only a gifted writer, but a challenging teacher and charismatic lecturer as well.

Jim Spencer's academic work is in the field of psychology - with particular focus on family guidance and business psychology. His work experience is diverse: from instructing ice skating at Michigan State University, to sales and marketing for an executive office furniture manufacturer, where he dealt with corporate heads and major architectural firms in New York City. While directing the textile division of the company, Jim became a talented weaver and has produced various commissioned works in New York City.

In 1972, Jim began his studies in parapsychology. He and June started team-teaching the Silva Method in 1976. Their system of instruction was so successful they broadened their work by founding the Let Go & Live Institute in 1977. Using the insights gained through twenty-five years of leading seminars, he and June have spent over 15,000 hours working with more than 8,000 people, helping them to find a happier and more fulfilling lifestyle. They have given lectures and seminars throughout the USA - from the Archdiocese of New Jersey to the Orange County Medical Center in Florida, from the Vietnam Veterans Council to the United Nations. They are an attractive, dynamic couple who obviously practice the excitement and joy of the life they preach.

Currently June and Jim celebrate life in the shadow of four 14,000 foot mountain peaks in Nathrop, Colorado.
