About the Author:
Nicholas Guyatt is a Cambridge historian specializing in U.S. foreign policy. In 1997 he was awarded a Procter Fellowship by Princeton University and, as a result, spent the 1997-98 academic year there as a Visiting Fellow. He is currently working on his doctorate in the Department of History.
