About the Author:

Michael Jones is Professor of Common Law at the University of Liverpool. He is the author of Textbook on Torts and Medical Negligence, and acts as a part-time chairman for Medical Appeals and Disability Appeal Tribunals. Anne Morris is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Liverpool
and has published widely in the field of medical law and employment rights.
