About the Author:
Christopher Corr is a London-based painter and illustrator. He travels the world painting people, colorful places and beautiful buildings. Since studying at the Royal College of Art, he has painted in numerous locations for exhibitions, commissions and publications. This is his third project for Barefoot Books, following My Granny Went to Market (HC:978-1-89800-012-9; PB: 978-1-90523-638-1) and Off We Go to Mexico (HC: 978-1-90523-639-8). Javier Mendoza has released eight full-length albums, in both Spanish and English. Born in Virginia, to a Spanish mother and a Mexican father, Javier moved to Spain at the age of two, and grew up surrounded by music and Spanish culture. Javier currently lives in St. Louis, Missouri, and tours all over the United States performing at many different venues.
