About the Author:
Bridget Bodoano trained as a designer. She has experience running a smallholding, was involved in building a house and has done a fair amount of DIY in her time. Press Officer for The Conran Shop for nine years, she is now a freelance writer and illustrator. She contributes to several publications, including World of Interiors and The Independent, and is co-author of Simple Style with Julia Bird, and author of Handywoman's Workbook, 101 Ideas Living Rooms, Thrift, The Little Book of Quick Fixes for a Spotless Home and The Little Book of Quick Fixes for the Home Handywoman.
