Shots are fired: one by the CIA, the other by - he still can't believe - the killer of Lord Erroll in Kenya, 1941, very likely linked to Baden Powell. About the Author:

Tim Topps was born in Wimbledon, where the tennis courts are now. At Oxford University, after a hilarious National Service (see his ebook The Paper Caper), he set up a nationwide scheme to assist students with their precarious personal insurance. Now 86, he recalls his rise and fall through the SME financial jungle, "swinging from straw to straw".
