About the Author:

Wendy Ann Greenhalgh has been an artist and writer
for 20 years, working professionally as an illustrator, artist, photographer and lmmaker, and winning awards for her short stories and poetry. She has been practicing mindfulness since her teens, and in 2010 she set up Art of Mindfulness, a workshop for teaching mindfulness through creativity, with popular courses in Brighton and London.
