About the Author:
Mark Weston is a writer and researcher on international development. In his spare time, he writes articles and radio broadcasts on subjects ranging from the brewing of banana beer to the over-fishing of Lake Victoria, and from self-flagellating Senegalese Sufis to Bible-reading Tanzanian witches.
