About the Author:
Tom Forrest is the Wine Development Manager of Vinopolis, London's Wine Tasting Visitor Attraction. He writes a regular newspaper column on wine appreciation, as well as having many features and articles published in the specialist press. This is his first book. He lives just outside London.
