About the Author:
Richard S. Grayson is a professor of Twentieth Century History at Goldsmiths, University of London, U.K. Former Director of Policy for the Liberal Democrats, he was Charles Kennedy’s principal speechwriter. He lives in Hemel Hempstead, U.K.
