About the Author:
Grady Venville is associate professor in science and technology education at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia. She is a former research associate at Curtin and King's College, London, and a former full-time teacher of high school science. Vaille Dawson lectures in secondary science education at Edith Cowan University and is a past editor of SCIOS, the journal for the Science Teachers Association of Western Australia.
