About the Author:
Jan Spence is an international speaker, trainer and consultant who has taught around the globe in countries such as Panama, Romania, Switzerland, Uganda and Australia. She and her husband of eighteen years, Mitch, launched the second FiltaFry franchise in the U.S. in 2003.
